Insu has lived in Montgomery County for the last 20 years. He graduated the University of Maryland with a degree in Accounting and became a licensed CPA in 1994. An avid runner, Insu enjoys challenges. He is an accomplished runner and has competed in 20+ marathons and half marathons competitively and for charity.
